Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy


Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by CLICKBORNEO ECOMMERCE PLATFORM is a wholly owned by PINDAHMAN SDN. BHD. (“PINDAHMAN“) or (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a company incorporated under Malaysia’s law. These terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Our Services as contained in www.clickborneo.com (“Website“) (collectively with the site, referred to as “Services“).

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policies

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by CLICKBORNEO ECOMMERCE PLATFORM is wholly owned by PINDAHMAN SDN. BHD. or (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a company incorporated under Malaysia’s law. These terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of Our Services as contained in www.clickborneo.com

  (“Website“) (collectively with the site, referred to as “Services“).

ClickBorneo general return policy each merchant selling product or services on ClickBorneo will have its own unique return policy. Before you place an order on ClickBorneo, please read the Seller's return policy.

Here are the return/refund reasons we can accept from:

  • Did not receive the order
  • Received an incomplete product (e.g. missing parts of the product, missing products)
  • Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size/colour, different product)
  • Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dents, scratches, cracks)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

*There may be two solutions available, depending on your return/refund reason: 

  • Return and Refund
  • Refund Only (you may enter your preferred Refund Amount)

Note

  • When filling in the information for your request, different fields will be applicable based on your Return/Refund Reason (e.g. evidence is not required for a non-receipt case).
  • The steps for raising return/refund requests for different reasons are similar, the difference would be in the types of effective supporting documents that you can submit to support your request.
  • Refund Only option will only be shown for the following: products not received, incomplete/missing products, products under Perishables and Digital Products and Services categories.

Your return/refund request will be processed within 5 working days and you will be notified of the outcome via in-app push notification and email:

  • For Refund Only cases, Clickborneo will review the case and get back to you on the resolution.
  •  For Return and Refund cases, you will be required to return the product in order to receive your refund (unless otherwise specified).

If you want to return an item to ClickBorneo’s Merchant, please contact the Merchants respective refunds department.

General guide on return: If the Merchant accept return of items, below is the general guidelines:

  • The item must be unopened, and in new and resalable condition;
  • The item must have all original packaging, parts and accessories;
  • If an item was in a plastic bag or shrink wrap when sent to you, in must be unopened and still in the plastic bag or shrink wrap;
  • The item must not be a food, custom product or gift card

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If you are concerned about items being lost or damaged during shipping, please insure your package for the value of the items being returned.

CLICKBORNEO MAY TRANSFER ITS RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS TO ANOTHER ORGANIZATION OR ENTITY, BUT THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS OR OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS. YOU MAY ONLY TRANSFER YOUR RIGHTS OR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS TO ANOTHER PERSON IF CLICKBORNEO’S AGREES IN WRITING. SHALL REMEMBER THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. IN THE EVENT THAT ANY CHANGES ARE MADE, THE REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE CHECK THE LATEST INFORMATION POSTED HEREIN TO INFORM YOURSELF OF ANY CHANGES.
